Message of May 1 was read, stating the House passed and returned               
for consideration SENATE BILL NO. 147 with the following                       
amendment:                                                                     
                                                                               
	HOUSE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 147(RES)                                         
"An Act relating to a municipal river habitat                                 
protection tax credit."                                                        
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved that the Senate concur in the House                      
amendment.                                                                     
                                                                               
The question being:  Shall the Senate concur in the House
